Please read these terms carefully before using Moove (“the app”).
By downloading or using Moove, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Moove is a moving companion app that helps you organize tasks, track packing, manage budgets, and update your address when relocating. It also includes an AI assistant (Moo) that answers moving-related questions. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Moove offers a single one-time in-app purchase called the Moo Pass, which unlocks premium features for your move. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewals.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Purchase receipts are validated by RevenueCat on our behalf. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
When you chat with Moo, your messages are sent to OpenAI’s API to generate a response. Moo provides general moving guidance and is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, real estate, or logistical advice. Do not rely on Moo for time-sensitive or safety-critical decisions.
You can use parts of Moove without an account, but some features (such as sharing your move with others or restoring your purchase on a new device) require signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the activity on your account.
You retain ownership of the content you enter into Moove (profile information, task progress, packing lists, chat messages, documents). Grant of a limited license: you allow us and our third-party service providers (listed in our Privacy Policy) to store and process that content solely to operate the app for you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any decisions you make based on information provided by Moo or the moving checklists.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting your account from Settings and deleting the app from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms and to modify or discontinue the app at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
